Makayla is a Financial Planning Associate at Sensible Money and a proud Arizona native. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, along with minors in Communication and Financial Planning. While she loved her time in Tucson, she is excited to be back in the Valley and building her career in the community she calls home.
During her time at the University of Arizona, Makayla discovered her passion for financial planning and quickly realized it was the perfect blend of her interests in problem-solving, client service, and helping others achieve their goals. She joined Sensible Money as an intern during her senior year and transitioned to a full-time role after graduation.
With a strong attention to detail and a natural aptitude for working with numbers, Makayla enjoys helping clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence. She is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and providing thoughtful support as clients work toward their financial goals. As she continues her career, she is excited to expand her knowledge and grow within the financial planning profession.
Outside of the office, Makayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through Pilates and fitness, and discovering new ways to explore and appreciate everything Arizona has to offer.
